Health information Pakistani women can understand and trust.
AuratSehat is a doctor-led health platform created to make reliable, understandable and culturally relevant health information more accessible to women in Pakistan.
Healthcare questions shouldn’t go unanswered.
Women may sometimes face financial limitations, difficulty accessing healthcare, social barriers, stigma around sensitive health concerns, or uncertainty about where to find reliable medical information.
Online health information can also be confusing, overly technical or disconnected from the realities women face in Pakistan.
AuratSehat was created to make the first step — understanding your health — easier, clearer and more accessible.
Health information should make things clearer.
Clear, not complicated
Medical information should be understandable without requiring a medical degree. We aim to explain health topics in clear and practical language.
Evidence before trends
We aim to prioritize reliable medical evidence over fear, viral claims, misleading health trends and unsupported beauty promises.
Made with Pakistani women in mind
We consider the questions, barriers and everyday circumstances that can affect women seeking health information in Pakistan.
Meet the founding team
AuratSehat is built by doctors who want trustworthy medical information to be easier for women in Pakistan to access and understand.
Dr. Hayat Ullah
Founder, AuratSehat
MBBS | PM&DC Registered
Dr. Hayat Ullah founded AuratSehat after seeing how many women in Pakistan can struggle with health concerns while facing barriers to getting the information or care they need. Financial limitations, social barriers, stigma around sensitive health topics, and simply not knowing where to find reliable answers can sometimes leave important questions unasked.
For him, AuratSehat began with a simple thought: if there is a problem, perhaps we can build something that helps.
As founder, Dr. Hayat leads the overall direction and development of AuratSehat and its patient-focused health resources.

How we approach health information
Our goal is to translate reliable medical information into guidance that is easier for readers to understand while maintaining appropriate medical responsibility.
Selected AuratSehat articles may receive additional review from relevant specialists where specialty expertise is appropriate. Specialist review is attributed only to content that has actually been reviewed by that specialist.
We also aim to review and update medical content as guidance and evidence evolve.
